Exchange Policy
Parallel readers are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged.
Electronic equipment- exchange only-if defective with receipt within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Refund Policy
Required textbooks may be returned for refund if the following criteria are met.
- The course is dropped or cancelled.
- The books are in perfect condition.
- The purchase receipt is presented within (10) working days of purchase.
Electronic Purchase Policy when paying with Financial Aid:
You may purchase ONLY 1 item from each of these categories per semester.
